1. المكان
سيكون الحاصل على هذه الوظيفة مسئولا من قبل رئيس عمل قسم
الصيانة.
2. المسئوليات والواجبات
سيقوم الحاصل على هذه الوظيفة وبالتوافق مع سياسات الوآالة
واجراءاتها بالتالي:
أ- العمل آعضو في فریق صيانة صغير یكون مسئولا عن
صيانة واصلاح المبنى وملحقاته طبقا لبرنامج منتظم
للصيانه.
ب - اصلاح أو استبدال أي عطب في نظام المياه أو أنظمة
مياه الصرف الصحي أو المجاري بالاضافة الى تنفيذ
أنظمة جدیدة للوآالة.
ت - القيام بأیة واجبات أخرى تكلفه بها الوآالة.
3. الحد الأدنى من المؤهلات
أ- أآادیميا
-1 أن یكون حاصلا على الشهادة الإعدادیة.
-2 دورة مهنية لمدة سنتين في السباآة.
ب- الخبرة
-1 سنتان على الأقل من الخبرة في مجال ذو علاقة بالعمل.
ج- اللغة
-1 اجادة اللغة العربية آتابة ومحادثة.
د- آفاءات
-1 القدرة على قراءة المواصفات والتعليمات في مناطق التخصص
والبناء العامة.
-2 القدرة على القيام بالمبادرة وابقاء علاقة بناءة مع أفراد الطاقم
الآخرین.
-3 القدرة على تحدید الأولویات والتنسيق والتحكم في العمل.
-4 مؤهلات مرغوبة
اجادة اللغة الانجليزیة
-5 المسئوليات والواجبات
اذا لم تتوفر المؤهلات المطلوبة بشكل آامل فسيقوم مدیر عمليات
الوآالة في غزة وبشكل استثنائي باستبدال جزء من المتطلبات
الغير متوفرة بمجموعة من المؤهلات الأآادیمية والخبرة المهنية
الاضافية والخبرة ذات العلاقة.
ملاحظة: لا تعتبر الخبرة في العمل لوحدها أو المؤهلات الرسمية
بدون خبرة عمل ذات علاقة مجموعة مقبولة.
-6 معلومات اضافية
- سيكون مطلوبا من صاحب الوظيفة العمل في جميع
مباني الأونروا.
- الأونروا منظمة تابعة للأمم المتحدة وعليه فان أفراد
طاقمها یجب عليهم التزام أعلى معایير الاستقامة والحياد
والنزاهة. یشمل ذلك احترام حقوق الانسان، الاختلاف
العرقي واللاعنف في التعامل مع جميع أنواع
الصراعات. یجب على طاقم الأونروا الالتزام بهذه القيم
في جميع الأوقات سواء أثناء العمل أو خارج أوقات
العمل. یجب فقط على أولئك الذین یلتزمون بشكل آامل
وغير مشروط بهذه القيم التقدم بطلب الحصول على
الوظيفة لدى الأونروا.
- ان سياسة الوآالة تعمد الى اعطاء فرصة آاملة للمتقدمين
من ذوي الاعاقات والذین لا تمنعهم اعاقتهم من أداء
واجبات هذه الوظيفة بشكل فعال.
- یكون التعيين في هذه الوظيفة خاضعا لفترة اختبار مدتها
12 شهرا. حين یكمل من وقع عليه الاختيار هذه الفترة
بشكل مرض سيتم تثبيت التعيين وسيكون ذلك خاضعا
للحاجة المستمرة لتلك الوظيفة.
- یكون أفراد طاقم الوآالة خاضعين لسلطة المفوض العام
والتكليف من قبله بأي من الأنشطة أو المكاتب الخاصة
بالوآالة في أو خارج منطقة عملياتها.
- لادارة الوآالة الحق في عدم توظيف أي متقدم اذا رأت
عدم وجود متقدم مناسب للوظيفة بدون ابداء الأسباب.

Maintenance Worker
(Plumber)

1. PLACE IN THE ORGANIZATION :-
The incumbent of this post is responsible to the
Maintenance Foreman.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES and Duties :-
In accordance with Agency policy and procedures, the
incumbent:
(A) Works as a member of small maintenance team
responsible for maintaining and repairing premises
under its regular programme of maintenance;
(B) Repairs or replaces any defects in water, sewerage or
drainage systems, in addition to executing new ones
for the Agency;
(C) Performs such other duties as may be assigned.
3. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :-
(A) Academic
(i) Successful completion of full preparatory education;
(ii) Two years vocational training course in plumbing.
(B) Experience
At least two years experience in a relevant field of
work.
(C) Language
Good command of written and spoken Arabic.
(D) Competencies
(i) Ability to read drawing specifications and
instructions in the areas of specialization and general
construction;
(ii) Ability to take initiative and maintain constructive
relationships with other staff;
(iii) Ability to establish priorities, coordinate and control
work.
4. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION:-
Good command of English.
5. RESPONSIBILITIES and Duties :-
When the minimum requirements are not fully met, the
Director of UNRWA Operations,
substitute part of the unmet requirements with a
combination of relevant academic qualifications,
additional professional training and progressive relevant
work experience.
NB: Work experience alone or formal qualifications with
no relevant work experience are not considered an
acceptable combination.
6. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:-
- The incumbent will be required to work frequently in
all UNRWA premises.
- UNRWA is a United Nations organization whose staff
