ARD, Inc. is the implementing partner for the USAID funded Civic Engagement Program. ARD, Inc. is looking for experienced professionals to be based in our Jerusalem Office for the following position:

 

Grants Systems Specialist (GSS)

Number of positions: One
Duration: 23 Months
Location: Jerusalem
This position requires at least five years of professional experience in grants systems management support, preferably with USAID programs. The GSS will ensure strict adherence to the USAID compliance and regulatory requirements for grants under contract in addition to reviewing and tracking vetting requests. The individual should show demonstrated knowledge of USAID regulations and compliance requirements related to grants systems to support critical, time sensitive projects which respond to evolving political realities on the ground and build CSO capacity at the community and national levels.
Other requirements include:
-BA in the field of administration, or other related field
-Strong analytical skills
-Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written, aural and verbal)
-Proficiency in computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work within a team, at a fast pace and under pressure
