Apart from an attractive base salary, you will have the opportunity to earn UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS. 
You will be based in Dubai, one of the world's most amazing and ambitious cities. 

DUTIES 

 

• Identify potential markets for the Payroll product.

 

• Develop and grow Payroll business by acquiring new customers & ensuring company sign ups.

 

• Ensure all information is communicated to prospects.

 

• Achieve monthly targets.

 

• Build relationship with key referral partners within the bank to ensure constant and quality lead flow as well as quality cross-sales.

 

• Ensure performance as per performance management criteria.

 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS 

 

• Bachelor's degree.

 

• Minimum of 18 months experience in client relationship function in banks, along with proof of achievements.

 

• Proactive and dynamic personality.

 

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

 

• No Objection Certificate ( NOC ) must be available from existing employer.

 

• Client has requested that a recent photograph of the applicant must be included in the application.

 

DESIRABLES 

 

• The role will suit Arab, Asian (particularly those from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, or the Philippines), and European nationals.
