Telelink, a fast-growing telecom distributor in Ramallah, is looking to fulfill the following positions:
1. Administrative Assistant (1)
a. Location: Ramallah
b. Main duties include, but not limited to:
i. Handle customer support calls
ii. Office management
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to work on computer, Microsoft Office, emails, etc.
• Written & verbal communication.
• English fluency, both written & spoken.
• Good communication skills.
2. Sales & Marketing Manager (1)
a. Location: Ramallah
b. Main duties include, but not limited to:
i. Setup, manage & control distribution channels for the West Bank.
ii. Market research & feedback reporting.
iii. Manage sales for all product lines carried by Telelink.
iv. Manage & supervise marketing campaigns.
v. Dealer education / training.
vi. Showroom & brand management.
vii. Advertising material.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in telecom sales, business development and account management.
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Written & verbal communication.
• English fluency, both written & spoken.
• Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
• Good communication skills.
3. Finance Manager (1)
a. Location: Ramallah.
b. Main duties include, but not limited to:
i. Budgets & financial reporting & fiscal management .
ii. Cash flow management.
iii. Manage banks accounts & currencies.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years experience in finance management.
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Written & verbal communication.
• English fluency, both written & spoken.
• Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
• Good communication skills.
4. Sales representatives (8)
a. Representatives to operate in all cities & villages of the West Bank
b. Main duties include, but not limited to:
i. Distribute products and brands carried by Telelink.
ii. Build and manage customer relations in designated areas.
iii. Address customer needs and handle support issues.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years experience in finance management.
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Written & verbal communication.
• Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
• Good communication skills.
5. Accountant (2)
a. Location: Ramallah.
b. Main duties include, but not limited to:
i. Customer invoicing.
ii. Vendor invoice handling.
iii. Internal auditing.
iv. Bank accounts reconciliation.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years experience in accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Written & verbal communication.
• Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
